 What's best tool for picture and video capture?

Any recommendations for picture or video capture? I used PrintKey (freeware) for pic capture and it's good for what it does but not sure it will work in AoC full screen mode.
I know Mac has some good tools for this, but my Mac is low end and not playing games on it... sticking to XPS for gaming

For pictures I just use in game screenshot abilities. I have never tried anything for vids though. For pic hosting i use photobucket, its free and easy to use.
